I am trying to get the pre-roll video that says your movie will follow after this short trailer, but I can only get the pre-role video to play after the trailer has finished, and it plays again after the selected movie, but I can’t get it to play before the trailer only after the trailer has finished it also plays the pre-roll video again after the selected movie has played HOW CAN I GET IT TO PLAY ONLY BEFORE THE TRAILER AND NOT AFTER THE TRAILER AND AFTER THE SELECTED MOVIE
Thanks for the report. It appears to be a bug. The pre-roll is suppose to be first.
Edit - My mistake. The pre-roll does come just before the movie. This is for messages like, “Now our main feature”, “Turn off your cellphone”, “The DTS video”, etc. to match a movie theater experience.
The pre-roll playing after the movie is wrong. I can’t reproduce that. While any of the videos are playing, you should be able to call up the play queue and see what will play next. Do you see the pre-roll listed again after your movie? I don’t see anything after the movie for me.
