I was having internet issues the other day and didn’t realize it. In the process I disconnected my server from my account. And while Plex Web was running it wasn’t displaying the server at all and nothing I did (including passing the claim token in the Docker Environment variables) seemed to correct the issue. For this to work I had to enable tunneling over SSH on my server (an option in the OMV SSH control panel), but it worked… My server is re-claimed and I’m happy as all hell… Just posting this to help others who are in the same boat.
For what it’s worth, I really wish Plex made it easier to know that the server is unclaimed. The log files were only a little helpful on that and getting to this point was way harder than it should have been.
