Issues with claiming a server

I have done the following in trying to claim my server. I either get ‘No soup for you’ error or it just goes straight to the normal plex web ui (I previously had it, but removed it and have been trying to re-add):

Tried 4 different browsers, clearing each of their caches.
Tried adding different servers with the same account, Win 10, WD NAS, FreeNAS.
I tried within my network (behind pfSense and antivirus) then tried on a hotspot network just a Win 10 client and phone with no luck to add that Win 10 server.
I tried adding the WD NAS server with a different account and still no luck.
Also, ssh’d into the WD NAS and made sure to delete all Plex directories when I uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it to start fresh.

This is all done using https://ipaddr:32400/web , also tried https://ipaddr:32400/web/index.html#!/setup. I check https://ipaddr:32400/indentity and ‘claimed’=0

I would really like some help on this as I was an early adopter and a lifetime pass holder.

Check https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/ to see if your server was claimed under a different Plex account.

I was finally able to get the ssh tunnel method to work and get into the server. I still find that odd I had to revert to that method as I deleted all directories for Plex on the NAS and it still thought it was claimed.
