Have an option to clear the metadata including posters, thumbnails, etc for each of movies, shows, episodes, etc…
For the time when its just all wrong and you want to rescan it and start over…

Simply remove the library.
SIMPLY… are you kidding…
Remove 20,000 movie files to fix one… takes 14+ hours to scan it with no changes…

etc…:
That’ll definitely ‘Clear Metadata’.
I think my option would be simpler and easier…

What? Plex dancing is super fun! Mega intuitive and self-explanatory. Who needs a simple button to do that? Just kidding. Honestly, such an option is long overdue.

This may come as a surprise to you but one can also improve tools and develop completely new ones.
At least I’m glad you haven’t used disinfectant to inoculate yourself against Corona. (yet)
