You want to raise prices but don’t want to fix basic bugs.
When you click play next video on a samsung tizen based smart TV the whole screen turns the gradient color of the background from the plex menu at the time. It has been doing this since Tizen came out on multiple TVs. You can hear the video playing but can’t see it because the solid gradient background acts like a full screen overlay. If you wait 15 seconds and let it start on its own it works fine. Happens every single time and this is the third time I’ve reported it in 4 years.
If you all are no longer going to fix bugs I’m going to take my business elsewhere.
