My SAMSUNG has syopped playing all files

I’ve had problems with the app constantly for a while but has always worked to uninstall or reset the app until now. I just get the “unexpected playback error” on everything.
Has anyone found a fix for this? It’s been at least a few days now, all other devices work fine.. its always just the tv..
