My 2018 Samsung smart TV seems unable to play some video files. The Plex server says it’s playing on the dsashboard but it keeps resetting the timer and I get no image on the TV screen. It’s all black. I can still see the Plex menus and navigate the options but it gets to a point where the Plex server just “gives up” playing the video and the TV still remains on that same black screen forever.
Can I get a hand with this, please? Thanks in advance.
