File won't play

My 2018 Samsung smart TV seems unable to play some video files. The Plex server says it’s playing on the dsashboard but it keeps resetting the timer and I get no image on the TV screen. It’s all black. I can still see the Plex menus and navigate the options but it gets to a point where the Plex server just “gives up” playing the video and the TV still remains on that same black screen forever.

Can I get a hand with this, please? Thanks in advance.

the tizen plex client seems to be unable to play files with x or more amount of subtitles in the file and behaves as you said.
