Everytime i click on settings Plex crashes on my Nvidia shield tv. plex is up to date and works fine other than that. Have no issue on my other shield tv and tablet.
This is not something I have seen or able to reproduce. Can you provide the logs from the Plex app on the Shield. https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201573117
Cause the crash, reload the app, then follow the portion under the Android TV heading in the above support article.
I would love to but can not go into settings without it crashing not sure how to get logs if I can’t go in to settings
Duh, sorry about that. When the app crashes are you given the option to send in a crash report? If you haven’t already sent 1 in, please do so. I can then check if the devs received the crash report and they can investigate that way. Please let me know the approximate date and time you sent in the report.
Yes and I’ve sent it every time I’ve tried it… I just deleted all updates and cache and resynced to my account and it started letting me in to the settings
I would have sent them Nov 9th or 10th sometime in the early afternoon
