I just upgraded from Truenas Core to Scale Dragonfish 24.04.1.1. I installed Plex using the builtin Truenas docker app. The problem is I can’t access my libraries from Firestick or iOS Plex client. I can access the libraries from the web server. I tried turning on remote access but got the following msg.
“Plex, you are not connected directly to this server so streaming quality may be limited. you may be able to connect directly by changing your home network settings”
The video is very poor quality so I removed remote access. Here’s more background.
When built the server a year ago, I was in a different city using a different ISP. Spectrum gave me a cable modem and router to use. I connected the NAS directly to the Spectrum router. In my new location, the ISP provides a hotspot to the building. I bought an ASUS RT AX58U router and connected the hotspot and then connected the NAS to the ASUS. Using the web access to the server it works, however, the clients don’t. I checked the plex logs and found 2 errors.

I’m hoping someone here can help me diagnose what’s going on. I have a feeling the problem is with the network, but I have not networking experience.
Thanks for taking the time to read and help.
