Client on vlan can't connect

Server Version#:4.22.3
Player Version#:Samsung TV updated

I have my PMS on 192.168.0.1. Remote clients can connect fine. I then have a client at 192.168.3.1 connected through router switch vlan providing internet. The two subnets are isolated. Internet works fine on both however a client on the vlan can’t connect to the server. When switched to internet outside the vlan it connects fine to the server remotely. The error says it can’t connect securely. Fallback to insecure connections make no difference. Any idea what’s going on? I thought with the lans isolated the client on the vlan should connect through router as a remote client.

Anyone? Maybe if I ask another way. For networking gurus…what would the firewall rule look like to allow all clients on 192.168.3.0 to access server 192.168.0.25 on (specified port). I’m on dd wrt.
