My cloud sync is uploading fine - it just doesn’t update the database. I have a lot of files in my Amazon Cloud Drive, but those are not reflected in Plex for me. Here is an error I am seeing in the logs:
Your log looks fine. That warning and message about dropping connections don’t affect the syncing. There is a new version of the Android app just released today which has some significant changes to the sync feature. See if that makes a difference.

@ movie.fan. one of my servers is behind ipv6. But. The other one is a root Server with 1gb/s. No need to FW Ports
Can you restart PMS, wait 3 minutes without doing anything, then provide me the server log.

I’m also having issues with Cloud Sync and Amazon Drive.Would be nice to see some Plex support on this!
Last successfully uploaded to Amazon on Oct 6. Been trying ever since.
Oct 09, 2016 12:38:38.637 [2656] DEBUG - CloudSync: Upload failure response body: {“logref”:“ec55e17d-8e14-11e6-8d66-87639a0ebf7c”,“message”:“Token has expired”,“code”:“”}
This part of your log indicates that the token used to connect ACD and your account has expired. Try to remove the ACD connection and then re-authorize it. Hopefully that should reset the token and get things moving.
after i sync the files but they still Waiting to be uploaded. i tried even one file and still not uploading. even a small video clip.
i cant believe that PLEX support didn’t solve this issue.
i was going to pay for Plex life time pass. but instead i did one month to see how it works and i got even the Amazon cloud for $60 a year. now i got the pass and the cloud storage and they are not even working well, its not working at all to upload the files to the cloud.
i did many search but no one have an answer.
this is really not worth it. am disappointed. i tried to find an answer but nothing, so why am wasting my time to search for Plex uploading to cloud issues.
what am going to do:
1 - cancel your Plex pass.
2 - cancel amazon drive.
3 - go look for another system that will do the job and have a good support and answer all customers issues.
i am really disappointed with Plex pass with cloud.
I have a lifetime plexpass subscription and now I’m stuck
Hi - not sure where to post this, but hoping someone can help. I’m using the Plex App on Amazon Fire TV, and it’s synced with two cloud servers (Google Drive and Dropbox). The problem is that the app doesn’t show any of my content, all I see when I log in is the option to view “Settings” for my Cloud Server or User Account. No matter what I do, I can’t seem to get the library to show up. I have a library search option, but typing stuff in there returns no results.
The cloud server has worked in the past, and this issue happens all the time. I have tried logging out and logging back in, clearing the app cache through Amazon’s settings, but nothing works!
Thanks!
