Cloud Sync and disappearing content

I set up cloud sync with Dropbox. Things seemed to be working, then when I updated to 1.0.2.2413 I started having problems.

  1. I have synced 70 or so items to cloud sync.
  2. When I go to Account settings, I see “14.6 GB Used by Cloud Sync” and dropbox has a lot of files in the Plex app folder.
  3. When I look at the items available using the browser on the computer that is running Plex server, I see about half of the 70 items that I have upload have an ! over them.
  4. When I look from my iPhone on cloud sync, I only see the most recent two items.

I am not even sure where to start troubleshooting. Can anyone point me to a FAQ or give any suggestions?

I’m also having somewhat similar problems.

My CloudSync music library via Google drive has recently had entire artists disappear. Only the images remain but when you select those artists or albums no songs appear.

I don’t mind resyncing but if it will fix it but I can’t be doing that on a monthly bases.
