Cloud Sync with Box not setting up

I’m new to the Plex pass. I’m trying to setup the cloud sync with my box account. My Dropbox and Google drive are nearly full, Box is practically empty which makes it a good candidate. When I try to link it it errors out with, “Your Box account does not support direct links.” I have a free account, do I need a paid account to do this? If I can’t get box to work does anyone you if you can setup a 2nd dropbox account? Or can you only have one running at a time. Thanks

I found a post on box boxcommunity that is having the exact same problem as I am having setting up a box cloud sync. Difference is he has a paid box account. It had a box moderator scratching his head. It seems that box is incapable of providing direct access. You can create shared links but it doesn’t look like you can give an app direct access. Has anyone successfully linked box with cloud sync? If not why is it listed as a possible provider? I’ve tried to setup a second dropbox account but you can’t have 2 accounts running at the same time.

I am getting this error with the free account can some please respond where the setting is to be fixed or if it needs to be a paid account and even when its paid how to resolve.

I’ve tried it with Google Drive also and it doesn’t work. Does someone have it working with some cloud storage provider?

Is there any expectation of support from the Plex team for this paid service?

I really like this system in general but I’m disappointed that things like this seem to hang out unaddressed.
