Has anyone had any experience purchasing the codec license for a Rasberry PI 2 or 3. Is it worth getting the license? I have some movies where the audio will distort and was wondering if a codec license would help?
The codec licences are video codec licences, doesn’t impact on audio.
It depends what’s in your video library whether they are worth buying, if you don’t have any MPEG2 or VC1 encoded files then don’t bother.
