Please tell me that there is a way to force the left side bar to stay open instead of collapsing? Too many times it keeps collapsing when I’m trying to organize things. Honestly I would like for it to stay open all the time and never collapse.
I assume you are referring to the Plex web app.
Yes, you can ‘lock’ the side bar into place, by clicking on the ‘Hamburger’ icon at the top, left.

Nevermind, since it’s not collapsing on me anymore I’m able to pull up the three little dots at the end of each Library.
Now is there a way to scan a library individually like there used to be?
Sure, just like it was. Hover your mouse over the library in question, then click on the ellipsis.
