I have a qnap nas ts251+ with the operative system qts. Qnap has its own quite good tagging functionality in the so called photo station. Is there any possibility to allow Plex, which is on the same server, to read the tags from other apps? Plex and Photo station are in the end tagging the same files, although they might store the tags in their own databases.
While QNAP is a partner of ours, we do not utilize any of their proprietary tools to import into PMS.
PMS tags in a platform-independent manner such that you could transport your Library to a different system, from a different vendor, and retain all the data.
