Adding new files with Meta Tags - do not appear in colletion

I would like to switch to Plesk Server but have problems with the existing tags in my files.
All files (movies) are tagged in the Meta-Data. in Windows Explorer i see this tags.

When adding the Media Bibliothek no Tags are visible in the movies-info.

I dont like to tag every movie new so how can i use the existing Tags also in Plesk (to create Collections i.e.)?

Plex does not read embedded metadata from MKV files.

Plex can read embedded metadata from MP4 movie/tv show files, if configured to do so.

To enable:

  1. Edit the library
  2. Choose Advanced
  3. Enable Prefer local metadata and Save Changes.
  4. Rescan the library
  5. Refresh metadata for the library

Thanks. I tried this but the existing Tags are not read.
Videostation from QNAP can read the Tags so i use this instead.
