Collection error: No Items to Display - Firestick/SmartTV

Installed Version on Synology NAS: 1.16.5.1552-8e8d0c785

Overnight, my collections are empty, on my SmartTV/Firestick – even though all movies are still tagged – and they show up in Collections on my iPad and laptop. I’ve stopped and reopened the app from my server, but that didn’t help. I’ve restarted my firestick and uninstalled/reinstalled Plex on my firestick, but that didn’t help.

Why are there “No items to display” in Collections on my SmartTV/Firestick? How can I fix this problem?

Will no one help me out with this? Why is the collections tab empty all of a sudden?

I am having a similar problem except I have 2 libraries and only 1 shows media in it
