The Collections not show Background image, Summaries and only show one Library (for example if you put Star Wars in Movie Library, only show the Movies, but not the TV Shows shared in the same collection). I hope this things have fixed in the final version.
Will be cool that the Collections look like seen in the PMS.
Did you make a new library with the new plex movie agent or did you only upgrade your old library? And I don’t have problems seeing other collections from other libraries in a collection with the same name 
I consider this is more about the information that are usually available in the other clients not properly showing up in the latest Tizen preview.

In the android app and in the PMS no problem at all with that . Only in the Tizen version
Collections changes is on our list of things to do. Should be updated soon.
