I started to add some music albums to a collection in PLEX and all seemed to work fine. I could filter the library by the collection and it was looking good. Then I had to restart the NAS my PLEX server is on and it seems since then, I have lost the collection. If I go to the albums that are in the collection, they show the collection tag. I have tried removing and deleting the collection and then re-creating the collection and adding the albums back. I have also created a new second collection and added different items to that collection and PLEX adds the tag. However, when viewing the music library there is no “Collections” section at the top (web version) or bottom (phone app version) where you find “Recommended” and “Library”. If I try to filter by collection, the collection list is empty even though my albums that are in a collection show the collection tag for the collection they are in. I have access to a friends PLEX server and in both the web version and phone app version I have the Collections option there and can view his collections. When I switch to my server, the collections are gone. I have looked everywhere in the settings and can’t seem to find anything that should be causing the issue. What am I missing??? This is running on a QNAP NAS .
