2 days ago I had a problem with my Music “collection”
The “Collection” folder now displays the same as the regular “Library”, the collections created by me are not displayed at all. But in the filter I can see that some of my collections still exist, because in the library it is possible to sort them by selecting one of my collections. But some are missing, as if they were deleted.
Apart from adding music, I haven’t made any major changes to the Plex Premium server. Do you know where the problem is, I have been gradually sorting the music for almost a year and I am sorry about this problem.
The playlists have remained intact and are without problems, it only affects the collections I like for music.
(I tried restarting the Synology where the Plex server is installed, also resetting the filter to default state but my collection is still missing)
