I have my content spread across 4 libraries on my plex server (anime, anime series, movies, tv shows). I am able to create collections in each library. I was able to see all collections until just the other day. Now when I click on the collections tab in the movies library, I just see my movies library, I don’t see the collections.
This is only happening on the plex windows app. I can see the collections on every other device I’ve accessed my server from, including the web app. It’s the only library where this is happening as well. I can see the collections for anime, anime series, and TV shows just fine on plex app for windows as well.
I’ve restarted my server. Uninstalled and reinstalled the plex app. I have “show collections and their items” checked off. I’ve even tried toggling that setting on and off.
I don’t know what’s going on here. The only other thing I can think of is that the Movies library has the most items, pushing close to 3000. Fortunately I can watch everything just fine, but this is definitely annoying me.
