Collections not working right (missing titles) for restricted user's with Plex Pass

Hi all,

I signed up for Plex Pass a year or so ago specifically so I could create multiple Plex managed users and restrict what kind of content my young son has access to on the numerous Plex capable devices in our home.

I created a Tag “Kids” and tagged all of the kids movies with this making a collection.

If I view this collection from my super-user account all 54 of the titles show up. If I sign in with my son’s account, only about 40 of the titles show up. I’ve tried to untag and retag the titles that don’t show but they still don’t appear. There are no other restrictions on his account, the only restriction is that the only collection that shows up from the movie share has the “kids” tag.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I don’t want to go through the trouble of building an entire 2nd copy of the collection with a new keyword to try to resolve this.

I have a Collection Question. I have only three Collections one for each person that lives in my house. My gripe is this that you cannot skroll down to see your collections that are at the bottom and that the Main Box the collections are in is very small. My request to the Plex Gods is that they can make the box bigger or make the skroll function work so you can skroll down.
