'Collections' option not available - Apple TV

I am using v7.1(15756) of the Apple TV app to access my library running on server version 1.19.4.2902. As far as I can tell, these are the most up-to-date versions.

I am unable to see the ‘Collections’ option at the head of the screen for my ‘TV Shows’, my ‘Other Videos’ (home movies :-)) or my ‘Music Videos’. ‘My Films’ display the collections option as expected.

This is very frustrating as I have spent a long time grouping my media into collections, and they work perfectly on the web version of the player and on the apps downloaded onto my Samsung TVs.

Can anyone help or suggest how to get the option back up and running for these media types please ? I’ve uploaded a couple of photos to demonstrate what I mean.

I just double-checked and I get those collection tabs for all my libraries with the same versions PMS / Plex for tvOS (incl. tv shows and other videos). So at least it doesn’t seem to be a general issue.

Does this behavior persist for you when you force-quit the app and re-enter it (or if that doesn’t work after signing out and back in from the client)?
