Collections Scroll to Top On Their Own on Nvidia Shield 2019

I have some large dynamic collections like “UHD/4K” and “HD/1080p” and when browsing through them they on my Nvidia Shield 2019 Pro they just scroll up to the top on their own. This makes it impossible to view the collections since you can only get about half way before it jumps back to the top.

This does not happen on my PC’s web client so I’d suspect it is isolated to the Andriod TV OS. I can test on a few other devices if that helps. I also have never pulled client logs before. I have plenty of server logs but I doubt those would be helpful. I can reproduce this 100% of the I view a large collection so I didn’t think logs were necessary but I can figure those out if this isn’t already a known issue and someone needs to dig into it them because they can’t reproduce it. I will just need instructions on how to get logs off the client.
