In the last two betas the collections works very good, but need a lot of work.
Ok. You choose watch one movie that have more releases.
For example: You open Transformers in the player and you can find the other movies of that collection in below. That is fine and great.
The problem is when you go into any movie library and “show all content”. You can find the movies, and ONE poster for the collection at side of the first movie wich in teory needs to show the collection of that movies, but it not show nothing.
Another issue related to this is: IF for some reason you delete one movie from the library, the collection poster lost the poster image and just leave a gray space.
Is terrible this kind of design…
If you have your movies to show in alphabetic order is a mess… because the poster collection is the same at the movie poster, ussually the first movie, so, if you are looking for a movie you found 2 identical posters and you don’t know wich is the collection and wich the movie.
I’m possitive about the collections, I love collections feature but i think that they need a special attention when the UI shows “all content library” maybe in the footer or whatever place but not between the whole movies…
I mean, the ideal is when you open your libray to “see all” you can find the collection not in between of all movie list, just at side, in the footer, or in the top.
