After a couple updates ago the collections that are in folders and set to combine them all used to show all the items in that folder up to four on the front of it all of a sudden it doesn’t anymore now it just shows one movie that’s in the folder but this isn’t to all movies it’s just some of them some of there is a problem or just that coding needs to be refreshed but it’s a good portion of them.
Sorry, I’m not quite sure I understand what issue you’re seeing.
Would you mind sharing some more details of what you experience (vs. what you expect to see)? Maybe with some screenshots to give further context.

Yep when I get home today I’ll send you some screenshots what I’m trying to say is though I have collections and the folders are supposed to show on the cover all the movies that are inside there up to four covers on the icon. But now I’m just saying on some one of the movies and underneath it it’ll say collection and two in it so but I’ll send you pictures

Some collections have their own poster with the word “Collection” on the poster.
Plex picked the posters for Alien Collection and Ant-Man Collection. I did not pick them manually.
Where are the posters for collections even coming from?
Same with mine except my aliens doesn’t have that problem but my top gun another ones do and some other ones don’t have the problem either it’s random I think look at my pictures

Are your movies like Top Gun Maverick an MP4?
Automatically created collections based number of items in library setting get the poster from TMDB such as Alien Collection — The Movie Database (TMDB)
does that mean they are not all MP4’s
but you are not working together with us
I asked you a question to try to be able to reproduce and figure out the problem. Instead of answering the very simple question you are repeating the symptoms as if we don’t understand them.
We need to figure out the variables that make the issue happen. So are you going to help us figure out those variables or not?

No I’m sorry about that I misread it I got it in an email and all I said was I don’t care and I was why does it matter I got upset I wasn’t even thinking that’s my bad. No the files are all different and some are the same so there’s other movies for the same thing happens that the same file type isn’t happening to another collection so it’s weird
