When I go to create a collection, it will display a dialog box saying ( there was a problem ). I am running Win 10. Anyway to fix this issue.
Mind sharing what steps you take to create a collection and what exact error message you get?
(! There is a problem adding to this collection). I,m selecting all the star wars movies and then trying to create a collection. Same with bond, and harry potter. After i select the movies I then click on add to collection and the dialog box pops up. Do these collections all ready exist ?
Just trying to confirm… after selecting those videos – are you clicking the Add to Playlist button or are you clicking Edit > Tags > Collections?
In both cases you shouldn’t get an error… but the fixes will vary 
I have edited the tags for star wars then i went and clicked on the movies then i clicked add too collections and then another dialog box comes up and i select star wars. then i click add then the dialog comes saying ! there is a problem adding to this collection. those are all the steps in the order i have done them. did not add to any playlist.
