Error message creating a new collection, cannot add movies to excisting collections

Server Version#: 4.146.0
Player Version#: webbrowser on local plexserver

I always create and add movies to Collections by selecting de movies in the library en choose Add to Collection. I use this method since years without any problem.

Today I tried to make a new collection by selecting a couple of movies and the option Add to Collection. After I typed the name of the new collection (Spielberg) I got a message (translated from Dutch) Something went wrong. Be sure the server is available and try again.

Plex Server is working just fine,
I rebooted the server
Optimized the Database under Problem Solving.
Deleted an existing Collection

I still get the message.

Is there something else I can try?
