Color change option missing subtitles W10x64

Player Version#: 4.37.2

In PLEX 4.37.2 and PLEX MEDIA PLAYER 4.29.2 players, several options for subtitles have disappeared:
Color
Position
Size
In the browser on W10x64 PLEX WEB PLEX 4.37.2, however, they are available.
Any solution?
