I guess I will open up another issue about the colors being way off for the Plex App on my Samsung TV. No developers have responded to any of the other reports for this issue.
The color saturation is way off. Faces are almost red in the thumbnails and when you view your full size photos. Movies play fine and use the picture settings of the TV but the actual Plex app does not when you are viewing the menus and your list of movies, pictures, etc…
I’m not sure if it’s Plex at fault, or HDHomerun, but Live TV on Plex is also very saturated on my Sony Bravia.
Is just the box art and the app interface saturated? My video once it is streaming looks fine (but not my photo content).
Other Apps that are native to the Samsung TV like Youtube look fine so it must be something with the Plex app that it uses default settings for the interface and photos but once video content is playing it uses the display settings.
