Combined Episodes in One File

I know the naming conventions for several episodes of a show in a single file. However, they display multiple times for each episode. Is there a way to display the single file having several episodes?

That’s not currently possible. There’s a feature suggestion asking to list multiple episodes contained in a single file as a single item.

a way to have Plex display single file multi episode shows in a single item, ex: episode name, Episode 1-2, instead of duplicating it in the display and playing the full file twice. Instead of having to split the files, or only having one of the episodes in the file name, making it seem like im missing something. also: ability to show multi part movies in a way that makes sense, like part 1 and 2 under the same Title, instead of showing it as if there was a duplicate movie.
