Combined episodes play twice?

I have noticed that on combined episodes when it comes to autoplay it starts to play the same file again.

For example if I have a file titled:
s07e21-e22-Episode Title.mkv

In Plex it shows Episode21 and 22 as 2 separate episodes within the episode selection, which is great.

I start playback of episode 21, when it gets to the end of the episode auto play then goes to play episode22 (same file), it should surely skip this episode and move on to 23?

If I stop playback and Plex client goes back to the episode selection it does tick episode 21 and 22 as already being played.

I hope this makes sense.
