I have the Comcast-branded CISCO DPC3941T modem/router combo and I’m having some issues getting it to let me connect to Plex from outside the network . I haveUPnP, Port Forwarding and Port Triggering, but I can’t see the port from outside the network (using canyouseeme.org). I know I’m missing something that’s probably Comcast-specific? Or do I need to manually set up the port forwarding manually on this device.

You need to only setup port forwarding in the Cisco.

Awesome! Which service does Plex use? TCP/UDP or one of the othes?
