Commenting Media for Users

It has been suggested before.

Add comments on movies Just watched and Allow movie request

This would be a really nice feature to add to plexserver.   -A comment section for a movie just watched This would allow the viewer to discuss on what and how they feel about the movie.   -Also a request section. This would allow any viewer to request a movie that isnt on your server.     Just a few Idea's. I dunno if this was already brought up in a discussion already, but doesnt hurt to mention.       thanks   jbcvlove
