It would be nice to have a comment section along with the rating system for Plex WEB. Where users can not only give a 1-5 star rating, but make comments that all other people with plex web and that video/movie/show to see.
You should catch up on some of Plex’ recently released features… you can already comment to friends.

I’m not sure you actually want a board where EVERY Plex user can tell you how they felt about a movie, do you?
Did you have a chance to review the new features which allow you and your friends to share ratings, watch status and commenting on items in your library?
