Commercial Skipping not working at all

Hi

I am using the latest Plex Pass release on a reasonably powerful Windows 10PC with a Synology NAS storing movies and tv shows.

It will seem the Commercial Skip is not working at all for me here in the UK and not sure why. Never edited the Comskip file - all is default. Using an HDHomerun Quattro and my home network is running on multiple Synology routers and repeaters so pretty solid throughout.

Any ideas? I attached the logs here
