I used to just open up Plex let it run in my browser, and then my computer would not go to sleep as long as I had Plex running. And then at midnight I have two scheduled tasks one shut off Plex and then the other shuts down the computer. But now for some reason when I have Plex running I’ll be out watching it on my TV and if I don’t immediately watch the next episode my computer goes to sleep. it used to stay awake until midnight. So now I have to go into my power settings every time I wanna watch something on Plex to keep your computer awake.
