First, I would like to thank everyone on the Plex forums. Because of you, I have an awesome Plex system with all the bugs worked out......except one. I have looked through all the forums and cannot find my problem addressed anywhere so I thought I would ask. My setup is as follows:
Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (All updates installed as of today)
Dual Intel Xeon X5450 @ 3.00GHz Processors
16GB RAM
Samsung 240GB SSD Operating Drive
3 X 3TB WD My Books
PMS IP address fixed
Custom power plan with Display off at 15min and Computer sleep at 1 hour
I have Python installed and PlexConnect-Service in delayed start mode
ATV3 with DNS manually set and pointing at my PMS
I use an app called WakeUp by www.tommasomadonia.com to wake the computer up on LAN or Internet
As I said, everything works perfectly both inside my Network, shared with family outside, and 3G streaming. My only problem happens when I watch NetFlix and other channels on the ATV3. They all work fine, but when I pause them for a minute or two, my PMS goes to sleep. As long as I hit play again before 2 minutes is up, it stays awake. I have checked all the Windows settings and can't find anything that would make it do this.
Any ideas?
