Configure unsupported tuner for DVR

My Plex server is running on WIndows 10 64. I have a KWorld UB435-Q tuner, as well as Pinnacle PCIe tuner. Both are unsupported but the Pinnacle was easily recognized and setup/working. The KWorld, however, is recognized but the only option it gives me during setup is “Cable”. The drop-down does not offer “Antenna”. I have updated the KWorld driver to no avail. Is there another setting I am missing or a file I can tweak to enable the “Antenna” option?

As you can see from the screen shot, it is recognized as “Tuner for Windows Media Center”. In NPVR this designation is also displayed but the “enabled” setting for the tuner is “BDA 2875 TVTuner”. How can I get Plex to recognize it as the BDA Tuner?

FWIW, both tuners work flawlessy in Windows Media Center and NPVR.

Apparently nobody can help. I cancelled my month “trial” of Plex. I will stick with using NPVR to schedule my recordings (for free)…with both of my tuners recognized/functioning as intended.
