I’m in the process of verifying that my connection to my server is encrypted and had a question about connecting to my server through plex.tv. If I go to https://plex.tv, sign in, and click launch, it takes me from the encrypted https://plex.tv to an un-encrypted http://app.plex.tv/web/app. My server shows up with the green Lock by it, as does my Plex Cloud server.
I also can inspect the site and I see under secure origins my servers.
I have my Plex server set to “Required” for secure connections, and I also have my browser set to “Never” for allow fallback to insecure connections.
I can redirect my browser to https://app.plex.tv/web/app and it connects successfully and works.
Am I missing a step somewhere to make sure it always directs to https://app.plex.tv/web/app or is this setup correctly and my connections are secure to my servers?
