Connection is lost error has come back, any help would be really appreciated

I first listed this issue last year, I didnt get any help. So I gave up and reverted back to older PMS version, which made the issue go away. I decided to finally go to the latest version today, in hopes that it would be solved. Nope. The video cut out again. The last PMS version this worked on was the version from 8/27/2020

I’m reverting back to the 8/27/2020 release. This is so annoying.

Going back to 8/27/2020 version has rendered plex unusable. My homepage is gone, my server says its “unclaimed” and i cant claim it matter how many times I try.

I cant watch any of my content on my apple tv anymore.

Do I need to be a plex pass subscriber to get help?

I’ve posted logs. Any help would really be appreciated. This has been ongoing issue since the first release after the 8/27/2020 release. If I cant get this sorted. I am going to have to move on with jellyfin and infuse.
