For some reason I cannot connect to my server located in Europe from Ukraine via app.plex.tv gateway with some connection issues problems for 2nd day in a row by now. Same as if I connect through VPN. Is this a known issue?

Is this the same issue as Remote acces is on but don't work - #11 by uoziod or something different?
