@kegbeach I did do a scan of the network and found that a ROGUE roku was inhabiting the same IP address. Not sure how that happened since the server has a static IP but the roku decided it like that IP for some reason. I am rebooting the server after unplugging the roku as I type this up to see what the results will be.
Looks like that darn Roku was the issue. Not sure how that got the same IP address but I am grateful for all the help you guys gave me! Thank you
