App.plex.tv is unable to connect to "Server" securely

I am unable connect to freshly made server, from fresh installs of Plex and Plex Media Server (from the Playstore) to add content to the library.
Security settings are default and I am struggling to understand why I can’t gain access to the media server. It is running without a hitch a day ago. I also checked the router and that seems fine to. Just bought Plex Pass and I am wondering if that has caused an issue?

Could my security certificates have expired and need to be renewed?

I am also having this problem. New computer, my old one is gone - I tried to create a new server, and it shows up, but says unable to connect securely. It’s the computer I’m currently on. No idea what to do now.

I’m having the same issue. Just setup a new plex server and can’t connect, were you able to figure it out?

Essentially go to Settings > Network, and toggle Secure Connection from “Preferred” to “Required” and then back again.
