Connection problems Windows 10

I am having trouble periodically connecting to my servers on Windows 10. The problem is intermittent and affects different players differently. In other words, I may be able to connect with one player but not another. The connections will work for days and then will stop working. The best solution I have found is to reinstall the server which remedies the problem until it does not.
