Plex Media Server (on Windows 10) not Found after latest update

Player Version#: Version 4.59.2

Ever since I installed the newest version of the Plex Server on Windows, after I play a few shows, the connection with the Plex App DROPS. If I go back 1 hour later, 5 hours later or 24 hours later, I have to restart the device I am playing on and the PLEX SERVER.

What is happening?
