Connection refused on NVIDIA Shield TV PMS server when syncing content to Plex Client (tablet)

Server Version#: 1.14.0.5470

When I try and sync videa content on my Android Tablet running plex client, It starts the download up until 8-11% and then stops with just “there is an error with this item”

I started the syncing at exactly 14:00:05 (I timed it) and the error came at 14:03:xx

Hi so after waiting patiently for 15 days, is there still no1 that can assist me with this problem ?

It seems sad that only posts that use heavy words get attention and get their issues investigated or resolved, yet people who try to be patient disappear in the masses.

All I want is to sync (offline) content from my Nvidia Shield Plex server to my nvidia shield tablet plex client.
