Console Reporting "Error While Decoding Stream #0:1: No space left on device"

Server Version#: 1.30.0.6486 & 1.30.1.6497
Player Version#: 9.13.1.37459

My PMS is trying to transcode the audio using Opus, I see the transcode session start in the folder structure get to 735mb and then console starts displaying the error:

Error While Decoding Stream #0:1: No space left on device

There is 184gb available on the drive. I’ve tried changing the transcode directory and watched the same process repeat itself.

I’ve also completely wiped my Plex Server and re-created using 1.30.1.6497 (instead of 1.30.0.6486) and get the same results.

Any ideas?

EDIT: thanks for the input @ChuckPa - I’d been searching that exact message in Google for the last 24hrs and hadn’t come up with anything. I very rarely use these forums and was an absolute last resort after trying everything I could think of to ask for help. I did a quick search before posting - maybe at my wits end I was a bit blind to what this forum had to offer
