Constant 503 Error on Plex Media Server

64 Bit Plex Install

I’ve been running the media server for a while and then recently I began getting a 503 server error with the server consistently crashing. After restarting the plex server it just crashes again about 5 minutes later.
I have attempted to reinstall plex (completely removing every plex file off of my computer and reinstalling) to the current version, the beta, and to an older version. None of this has worked. I am unsure what the issue is and am not understanding why it wouldn’t work as I now have a clean version of plex with no media even in it. For the ~5 minutes it is up, I cannot even add a media library as the language dropdown does not work anymore.

Please upload a set of server log files.

Settings → Troubleshooting → Download Logs.

Then upload the entire ZIP file to the thread. Just drag the zip file into the message window. It will insert at the cursor location. Alternately, use the upload button upload.

If you are unable to reach server settings:

  1. Stop Plex Media Server
  2. Navigate to the Plex Data Folder
    %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server
  3. Compress the Logs folder
  4. Upload the zip file to the thread.

So the issue has adjusted a bit as well, now the media server has been doing better. It is currently just randomly crashing, like I can watch it for hours and it will be fine then all of a suddent a crash. Or I can watch for 5 minutes and a crash.
